Communication training for engineers and technical teams
The program
Small, practice-heavy cohorts built around your business. Participants bring the proposals, decisions and stakeholder conversations they need to drive forward, practice them against the pushback they're likely to face, and get direct feedback on every rep.
How it works
We learn what's happening in your business, who your team needs to influence and the pushback they're likely to face. Then we design the course and exercises around it.
Before we start, all participants complete a baseline assessment against the TECH rubric.
Participants bring their proposals, updates and customer conversations into the room. They practice pitches aimed at their stakeholders, handle real objections live and get expert coaching throughout.
The final session puts it together with a pitch to the sponsor of the program.
The program is built around your customers, stakeholders and the decisions your team actually needs to move.
Everyone is scored on the same TECH rubric at the start and the end, so you see exactly what changed. Between and after sessions, the TECH AI Coach keeps the practice going.
The method
A shared way to think through any message, pitch or conversation before it happens.
Who am I talking to? What matters to them? What matters to the business?
From "What do I need to explain?" to "Why does this matter to them?"
What am I trying to make happen?
From sharing information to knowing the decision you need, and asking for it clearly.
What do they actually need to know?
From jargon, acronyms and edge cases to stories and metaphors your audience gets.
How am I perceived?
The public-speaking piece: pace, tone, pauses and how you earn attention.
Participants practice what to do when someone disagrees, challenges the recommendation or simply says no. The goal is learning how to listen, find the real concern and adapt in the moment.
Proof
Proposals now hit the points I care about, so we can get to decisions a lot more quickly.
One participant changed how he brought proposals to Sam. Instead of walking through the technical detail, he sent a short document with exactly what Sam needed, and they spent the conversation on the implications.
Who it's for
Engineers, engineering managers and customer-facing technical people who are already strong technically. The next level is understanding the business, reading the room and getting executives, product teams and customers on board.
Investment
