I founded Technically Speaking, a communication training program for engineers and technical teams, and created the TECH Model it runs on. When your team is in a cohort, I'm the person in the room.
I've spent about ten years teaching technical people how to be understood by the business. Early-stage startups, Fortune 500 teams, and most sizes in between. The problem barely changes as you go up: strong people with good ideas who can't get those ideas to land with the person across the table.
Along the way I gave a TEDx talk, built courses for LinkedIn Learning, and worked out the TECH Model, the framework every cohort learns and keeps using long after we're done.
Cohorts cap at six, and I run every session myself. This isn't a course you click through on your own. It's live practice on the real proposals and conversations your team is already working on, with feedback in the room.
Small groups are the point. Everyone gets real time on what they actually need to pitch, and I'm there for all of it, from the baseline through the final session.
Good ideas don't move on their own. Someone has to make the case in a way the other person actually cares about. That's what I teach, and I've watched it change how a whole team operates in six weeks.
